Tax Deductible Giving
The Denyce Graves Foundation is a qualified 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. All donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. Significant changes to charitable giving rules take effect in 2026 under the “One Big Beautiful Bill” Act. These changes may limit some deductions, including new floors on charitable contributions and caps for certain taxpayers. Giving before December 31, 2025, may allow you to maximize your tax benefits while supporting the causes you care about.
